Orders placed before 3:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day. Orders after 3pm or on weekends ship the next business day. Tracking information is emailed when your order is dispatched.
Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Sealed Product
Sealed products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unopened condition. Items must be in resalable condition with no signs of tampering. Original receipt or order confirmation required.
Singles
Singles are graded by our staff before dispatch. If you believe a card was incorrectly graded, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll resolve it promptly, either a replacement or a refund.
Accessories & Supplies
Unopened accessories (sleeves, deck boxes, playmats) can be returned within 30 days. Opened accessories are not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items. We will reship or issue a full refund. No return required.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the release date for a full refund. After the release date, standard return policies apply.
International
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Phoenix Rise currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is planned for a future update. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping launches, join our mailing list via the contact form.
