When will I be charged?
Nothing is charged when you reserve — placing a pre-order just holds your allocation. Once it arrives in store, we'll email you a secure payment link to complete your order.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Since nothing is charged until you pay the invoice we send you, you can simply not pay it and your reservation lapses — no refund needed. Contact us if you'd like it cancelled sooner.
What if I ordered multiple items?
Items with different release dates ship separately by default so you're not waiting on everything. Contact us if you'd prefer a single combined shipment.
